Tony Daloisio

Tony Daloisio is a founding director of the Charter Oak Consulting Group. Tony specializes in large scale organizational change, helping organizations transform themselves through a multi-dimensional approach that ensures that clients achieve desired results. He has extensive experience coaching senior executives, enabling them to effectively drive and lead change in their organizations.

Selected clients include: Jacksonville Electric Authority, MCI Telecommunications, McKinsey & Company, Mercedes-Benz, Egleston Children’s Hospital at Emory University, New York Life, Carrier Corporation, The New York City Partnership, Donna Karan Fashion and Apple Computer.

Tony’s professional experience includes: Management Consultant, McKinsey & Company; Vice President of Human Resources, Connecticut Mutual; member of the faculty and Senior Trainer, American Management Association; Masters in Management Program in New York; Senior Trainer for the Center for Creative Leadership. During the 1970’s, Tony served in leadership roles in public and private education as a High School Inner City Principal, a Director of Counseling Services and as Headmaster of the Yale University affiliated Foster School for emotionally disturbed teenagers.

Tony is a member of the Senior Resource Group at the Franklin Covey Company and is certified to instruct the Four Roles of a Leader, The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People Intensive Course and Leading Organizational Change.

Tony holds a Ph.D and a B.A. in Psychology and Education from the University of Connecticut, a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Fairfield University and a Masters Degree in Administration from the University of Connecticut. He was awarded a University Fellowship in 1979-80 at University of Connecticut where he conducted research in leadership and personality style.

Tony makes his home in the rural foothills of the Berkshire Mountains in Woodbury, Connecticut, with his wife and two children. He enjoys reading great works and is currently writing a book exploring the challenges of leadership in organizations and the guidance that is available from our inner source of strength and spirituality.
