 Cathy Crosky Consultant
The focus of Cathy Crosky’s work has been on strengthening organizations through employee development initiatives. Her consulting work has included organizational assessment, training and individual coaching services.
Cathy has experience assisting organizations with leadership development, building high performance teams and designing mentoring programs. She has extensive experience addressing organizational issues related to stress management and work-life balance. She has also specialized in helping individuals with career management issues.
Recent clients include: Alcoa, General Dynamics, AT&T, Bell Atlantic, Levi Strauss, MetLife, Schwinn and Kodak Polychrome.
Prior to joining Charter Oak, Cathy worked as a consultant for Lee Hecht Harrison, an international career management firm, as well as maintaining an independent practice. Cathy has an extensive background in the behavioral healthcare industry as an administrator, clinician and educator.
She holds an MA in Creative Arts Therapy from Goddard College and an MS in Management from Antioch New England Graduate School.
She was the Director of the Therapeutic Activities Service at the Brattleboro Retreat and served on the faculty of Antioch New England Graduate School in the Department of Psychology. She is a licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Stress Mastery Trainer.
