360 Degree Feedback

Leadership Coaching usually includes some form of 360-degree feedback. Many organizations also offer this type of comprehensive feedback to all of their top leaders – sometimes as an optional individual activity, sometimes as an initiative to provide feedback to all senior leaders.

Whether the focus is on one executive or an entire leadership team, there are 3 ways that 360˚ feedback can be provided:

1. With the Charter Oak Leadership Competency Assessment (LCA) – an on-line generic tool that focuses on Personal, Interpersonal, Team, and Organizational leadership.

2. With the Leader’s Mirror – a process for creating a customized leadership competency model based on your organization’s current and future needs. We add your tool to our on-line system and use it to provide feedback to individual leaders, leadership teams, and the organization.

3. With a Personalized Leadership Assessment – a tool based on your desired reputation, what you would like other people in your organization saying about you. These tools are used for in-depth interview-based assessments.
